Zerorez was extremely easy to work with! I had to cancel the first appointment and the 2nd one they canceled due to weather. The roads were glare ice that morning and truthfully any company that values the safety of its employees over profits is fine with me! Now with the cancelation we were on a strict time frame (selling house and they had to be done by a certain date) however they were awesome at rebooking my appointment quickly and made sure we were first for the day so we met our deadline. Not only was that amazing but the carpets looked great and the technician was very nice. Would reccomend them to anyone!

The Tech was very hard working and respectful. Due to the rain / ice safety for driving, they had to postpone a Saturday appointment and worked on Sunday to complete the work. Dood dedication and very much appreciated!

The serviceman arrived on schedule. Walked through the areas we wanted cleaned and explained the service and the outcomes we could expect. When he was finished, our 13 year old carpet looked brand new! Over our time here we've had four dogs and five cats. It really was amazing. Dominique our serviceman was courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Zerorez if you need carpets cleaned.

Justin was PHENOMENAL! He was professional, courteous and friendly! He had our 3 rooms done really quickly and they look and feel awesome! Will definitely be recommending zerorez and Justin to everyone!
