Your company came highly recommended by both of our daughters. We just moved into a newer home and the prior people had 4 dogs and 2 cats. They must have kept the cat liter box in our large master bedroom closet because it had a bad urine odor. Justin your technician came out and checked the carpet in the closet using his black light. He was able to see all the areas where the cats had urinated. He also checked all of the other rooms in our house and found other areas with the same issue. He then sprayed a special product used just for this problem. Justin then went over all of the areas with the carpet cleaner wand. He did a great job on the whole house and was able to get everything cleaned and smelling fresh. I am very happy with Zerorez and the job Justin did and I would highly recommend them also!
