Our technician, Jon, called 15 minutes before the appointment to let us know he was enroute. He was prompty and efficient. Our carpets have never looked better! I will recommend Zerorez to everyone! Thank you!

Nathan did a great job...and was able to extract some serious “stuff”. We have just completed a major addition to our home - so sheet rock dust and other construction mess were a special challenge.

The guy that came and performed the service was great! He was professional and knowledgeable. he was able to answer all our questions. The only negative thing - which is not his fault....is that even with the level 2 service the smell of cat urine is still there.
