Nate the Flooring Manager is the reason we went with Zerorez. He was great. The installers were fine but left scratches and gouges on the walls that needed to be repainted. Not a big deal but some customers would probably be unhappy..

I've been pleased with Zerorez with my brand new carpets over the past couple years, but I never bothered to do my old carpet that needs replacing. We're talking builder's off-white carpet, 20 years old, that has seen more than its share of cat barf. I figured nothing was going to help it.

I was wrong. This year, I had Zerorez clean that carpet too. HOLY COW! Let's be honest. It's still 20 year old builder's off-white carpet with some faint color of cat stains, but WOW, does it look so much better than it did. I am utterly astonished at how much Zerorez did for my carpet.

Now I'll be getting it all cleaned every year, and Zerorez has a fan for life. THANKS, ZEROREZ!

My carpet is worn and older. It was extremely dirty from our 3 dogs paws. I am in awe of how clean it is. It looks so much better. Three dogs also causes bad smelling carpet. Not anymore. Carpet smells fresh and clean.

I liked it all my carpets were really dirty I have two cats and one big dog and they track in a lot of dirt anyway I rented rug doctors and did it my self but never got it so clean I'm very happy we will definitely have zerorez come out again.

I was getting my bulb replaced and the young man called me and asked if he could come early as you were trying to get everyone done before the storm hit. He was very nice, removed his shoes when entering and was quick with his work!

The product is great!! We have used Zerorez for many years and love the results. Heilen was very Professional, On Time and Efficient. She is a Great employee and represents the company well.
She enjoys the work and gets in a zone to assure the work is correctly done. We went thru the 3 rooms and went over what I wanted done. She pre-treated the area and went to work.
