I was very happy as I’ve indicated in other reports that day. But now I see a piece of wood was broken off. It’s the wood trim along the carpeting and wood floor.

We’ve lived in our house for 10 years and decided it was finally time to have the tile and grout cleaned on our main level. We cannot get over how much of a difference it made. It looks brand new and the grout is a different color. Very pleased with how the floors turned out. We also had one set of carpeted stairs cleaned which we are also happy with. The one downside would be the cost of the tile cleaning and grout sealing. However, I am 7 months pregnant and not getting down on my hands and knees to clean it myself anytime soon. We also have a 2 year old so not having toxic chemicals used was also important (I would assume most cleaning products we would need to accomplish the same cleaning if we did ourselves would have been harsh and/or toxic).
The tech came in, did the job, quietly and professionally, and explained why some stains wouldn't come out. The work was done as promised.
Arrived on time. Technician was friendly courteous and took the time to explain everything that would be done. He tarped the front doorway while the work was underway to keep the cold out. Also protected the corners of my walls/woodwork to prevent any damage from the hoses. Did a thorough job cleaning.

Tech showed up between the scheduled times. Tech was up front about the scope of work. Work was done in a professional manner. The only thing I didn't like was the mention of a "tip". With costs going up everywhere and fees added to everything you end up paying more for the same service. "add-ons " have to stop somewhere.
