The workers that came to my home to clean my air ducts, discovered mold in the ducts of the home I had just purchased. They told me I needed to get a remediation company out to safety collect & remove the mold.

I was told later, by a professional that tested my air quality, that the workers from Zerorez should be commended for reporting the mold to.me. In their experience, many companies would do air duct work anyway, not tell homeowner, stir up the mold in the air vents, getting mold spores airborne, & collect their money from the unsuspecting homeowner.

I was grateful to have such honest young men from Zerorez do the right thing.

First try was a bust. Too much SNOW in driveway! The gentlemen even asked if we had a shovel and he would help shovel, but it was to deep. I don't remember his name, but he was very nice.

2nd try was great. I knew going in that some of the carpets were very old and he mentioned that. Everything was good and we are happy
