We called Zerorez for a return visit after coffee was spilled on the carpet that was recently cleaned. The service tech, John, arrived the next day and did a great job to eradicate the coffee stain.

Each time I have had Zerorez I have been pleased. The rugs were terribly matted down and now look nearly brand new...and no stains or wear marks. The technicians are always polite, careful and well trained.
