Ease of scheduling, quickness of the job, friendly tech, no strong odors
Normally the carpet is not left wet...or at least dampness gone quickly. That is good! But... This time some areas still wet three days later. I also thought that nearly $400 for smaller living room, dining room and hall was overpriced. I know he worked on spots from our dog, but, price this time discourages us from using this company again.
