I loved that Gil called me and was early!! He was very personable, asked what more he could do, offered to help move stuff, and asked when finished to check his work and make sure everything was good! Also the carpets look and feel great and the price was right!!! I will recommend and use Zerorez again! Thanks!
The service tech was very courteous and took time to explain every process. The carpet looks brand new! Also he told me about the refills on the spot cleaner and I think that is fantastic!
My carpet now looks like new, and it is not stiff (as it has been after other companies have cleaned it). My sofa has also been restored (something I thought would be impossible since it is white).

It is our feeling that because you do not utilize any chemicals or solvents, that the integrity of the carpet is preserved for a much longer time. The carpet just feels cleaner than when a completitor does the same job.
Zerorez' service is very professional from 1st contact to completion of their cleaning service. They do not use chemicals that leave a residue and make the carpet gather more dirt. The technicians are polite and well-trained in the cleaning process. Thank you for caring for my carpet!

It is true that the carpets stay cleaner longer after a Zerorez cleaning. In the past I have hated to have my carpets cleaned because I felt that the carpet was never the same again. Zerorez was recommended by a friend several years ago and I have loved the results. the carpets are never sticky or stiff and the spots don't seem to reappear. The workers are always clean cut looking and polite which I appreciate.
