I like the way the rugs stay clean even after a few weeks. In the past, when other rug services came in; the stains came back in a week after the cleaning.
I am very disappointed how my carpet and recliner came out. Both look terrible. I insist you come out and redo them both as soon as possible. It was a lousy job. Call me at Phone number removed

Prompt and efficient
I was very disappointed in 2 things:
1) the technician, Larry - his attitude was terrible. He started grousing the minute he came to the door, saying his truck was going to make a lot of noise & would wake the
neighbors. Then he scolded me when I told him that I had measured one of the traffic areas & it was only 60 sq. ft. & that I had been told on the phone when I made the appt. that an area is 200 sq.ft. He told me in no uncertain terms that an area is 1 room no matter how small it is. Yikes! That could get real expensive. I was going to have him do more AREAS but I just wanted him out of my house ASAP. Also, I was going to refer a neighbor who wanted her carpets cleaned. She was waiting to see what my experience was. I can't reccommend Zerorez to her after what I experienced.
2) Larry did the very minimum. I have had my carpets cleaned several times in the past so I had a frame of reference. The upstairs carpet doesn't look clean & fresh like they normally do just after they are cleaned. I am considering having them redone by someone else.
The burbur carpet downstairs looks good but it wasn't worth it listening to him rant. As of now, I am sorry o say, I could not reccommend Zerorez. Name removed
The best things I like about your product is that you don't use harsh chemicals or soap and my stains do not usually return.
Your service associates are always on time or early, they call ahead to confirm, and are very nice people.
Excellent communications -- from the first call to schedule my appointmen, the reminder, the follow-up notifying me of a delay, and the excellent use of technology for confirmation and billing. Very impressive and forward thinking.

Cleaning my carpet was done very efficiently and produced an excellent result.
One disappointment with my visit. The FISH advertised a special, any two rooms and hallway for $139. I have hardwood and only one bedroom with carpet, so I had my bedroom cleaned which includes a 3ft landing landing, and an area rug. I could have sworn the offer included pre-conditioning and being charged and extra $50 for one bedroom was excessive. The tech was nice and did a good job, but $200 is just too much for one bedroom and a rug.
The carpet looks like new again and it stays clean for a long time.
no chemicals
Brian showed up on time with a 'heads up' call 20 minutes before. He was clean, well-dressed and very well spoken - something that is harder and harder to find these days in a service industry. He was efficient and explained what he was going to do before hand.
My carpets look so much better. They are a bit worn, but look good for their age (like me).

I do not like how long it takes for the carpets to dry. We had our carpets cleaned last evening and they are still wet- over 24 hour later. The service is rather expensive. Your technicians and customer service representatives are very friendly.

We really like how clean our carpet looks after a treatment, and it Stays looking clean!! Professional, curteous worker, didnt try to charge us more for anything, he cleaned up afterward and left everything looking very nice. We will never go back to the other types of carpet cleaning companies.
Zerorez is the only carpet cleaning company that I know, that uses a large high powered truck mounted vacuum to clean the carpet. Zerorez needs a truck to hold the engine and vacuum. Not like other companies that use a van to hold their engine and vacum. I have a high quality carpet that requires hot water to maintain the curl and newness of the carpet. Zerorez delivers with super clean water, (no detergent) and water that is over 100 degrees. (note to zerorez i cant remember the temp of your water, so if you want to insert the exact temp, its ok with me)
