Would suggest tech that shows up for treatment to see that we are 3 stories
above where his truck was parked and needed hose to reach our unit should have
made a note about how much hose he needed. We brought up a lot of hose that wasn't
needed. If a note was made for the future would help when or if service was
needed in the future. Also would be nice to have tech offer business cards is case others that
see ZeroRez truck here and have a chance for me to offer card to others in our
complex of 323 units. Also carpet runners would be helpful knowing the carpet
take time to dry. The tech Larry was very personable and accommodating.

We like the way the chemical treatment works to remove the sticky residual and resurfacing dirt that many other carpet cleaning processes regularly fail to eliminate. We also like the professional way your technicians conduct themselves during servicing appointments. They are prompt non-sense people who give good advise the get the jobe done well. Our Last visit on 11/20/12 by your technician Tom Nihan was just such an experience. His cleaning job thorough and excellent. The carpet and tiles were not only super clean but looked new again. Zerorez is the only carpet cleaning company we use. Thanks again.
The person arrived 1 1/2 hours late then his machine did not work so he did not get started for another hour. It was almost noon before he got started for an original 9 am start. The only reason I did not give a 1 rating is because he clean one room free.
It does a fantastic job...and the men that have come to my home have really done a great job. Robert Keith is a magician...I had serveral spots on my carpet and he cleaned and dyed them perfectly. Tomalso did a great job cleaning my frniture and carpets.
Ease of making an appointment. 48 hour confirmation Trained technicians, courteous and professional. Always happy with the finished product whether it is clean carpets or linoleum. Anxious to try the tile/grout cleaning service.

I loved that the product is not chemical-based and more on the natural side. When he left carpet was clean and free of all stains and no odor at all. It still feels clean and by purchasing the lifetime powder to mix my own stain removal I feel I can keep my carpets well maintained. I have recommended your product and will continue to do so.
