A very large spot resurfaced and several others that did not steam off so using the powder helped. Is this a usual concern with other customers?

I think Zerorez is absolutely the finest company and carpet/cleaning service that exists today. I recommend you to everyone to talk to. I hope Zerorez and other green companies stand up and toot your horn more...I witnessed another chemically based carpet cleaning service truck dump the dirty and chemically treated water into our storm drain which clearly stated "Drains to Ocean"...I stopped them and also reported them. It should be mandatory that only company using environmentally safe substances are allowed...anything we can all do to make that the law, I'm in! AND...lastly but certainly not least, David, our recent service tech was incredible! Kind, hard-working, respectful, et al...all your guys are simply the best! Thank you!

You are always on time and always call ahead when you are on your way. With two cats, a dog and two teenagers my carpets are always in frightful condition when you come out and they always look like new when you leave.
