My carpet is super clean. It was quick.
My carpet dried much faster than the regular carpet cleaner service and my carpet feels good under my feet unlike the regular cleaners where after drying it hardened up and hurt when I walked on it.
It would be nice if the service man put all the furniture back in place after my tiles had been cleaned. They did dry up really quick ,in fact by the time I was done writin the check all the floor was dry as a bone. Maybe next time!

There were no toxic odors to deal with. Carpet seems very clean and dried much faster than usual. Technician was very polite and courteous.
Service was quick and efficient. We have used zerorez before with good results. We normally clean once per year and they take care of the tough spots and stains.

my carpet is clean and looks great. Technician, Dennis Kennedy arrived promptly. He was cordial and friendly. He was able to get a couple of spots out that the last technician was unable to get out.

We just moved into our condo in August and the carpets were dirty then. Add a dog and it's really bad. David came out and cleaned the carpet and it looks brand new. He is fantastic, answered all of my questions and was the most polite and professional person I have ever had come to my house.

I liked the fresh clean smell compared to the soapy and artificial smell from other types of carpet cleaning formulas. Gil, our technician was courteous, respectful and conscientious. I will definitely use Zerorez again!
