What could we do to improve?

This is our second time using ZeroRez. We are not happy. This guy was speedy gonzazles and the upstairs hallway is not clean. Secondly, there is no way to handle a dispute on the billing.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The job quality was great, but communication leading up to it was not. Originally, my job was scheduled 3-5pm Saturday 9/22, but unfortunately the driver/cleaner didn't arrive until 5:10pm when my apartment would no longer allow vendors in. The frustrating part was I had no way to contact the driver to let him/her know the importance of arriving by 5pm. Then we tried to reschedule to Tuesday 9/25, but my electricity was already turned off. Then we rescheduled a 3rd time, Thursday 9/27, after my former landlord turned electricity back on. The end result was I had to pay 5 extra days of rent due to the no-show on 9/22.

What do you like about our products and services?

Everything was awesome!!! The cleaning technichian, Jorge was great. He arrived within
the time slot that was given to me by the call center.
The call center was great too. It was so nice having the follow up phone call to confirm
my appointment.
My carpets and area rugs look brand new!
Thank you and I have already recommended Zerorez to my co-workers!

Scheduling the appointment was easy, the fact that they called me to tell me that they were 15 minutes away was great so I could let my husband know. (He was at home, I was at work.) The technicians were friendly and the carpet looks brand new. Thank you!

The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful when I described our job and issues. I like the reminder emails. But what really separates you from your competitors is the service. I was very impressed with Robert and Chris - they went over and beyond as far as service. Both were extremely knowledgable and enthusiastic about their cleaning process. My rugs and upholstry look great - brand new.

All very good. I especially enjoyed meeting your technician Dana. In addition to the better-than-expected results of the process, he took time to chat a bit about personal background, schools attended (I'm a retired music teacher) small talk,but not enough to delay his performance.

THE GUYS DID A GREAT JOB.
THEY WERE FAST, EFFICIENT, AND PERSONABLE.
I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE WHO ASKED AND WILL BE USING YOU AGAIN.
ONE OF THE TECHS EXPLAINED THAT IT MAY BE A GOOD IDEA TO DO IT AGAIN IN 4-6 WEEKS BECAUSE I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE CARPET (TOO MUCH SOAP FROM MY OWN EFFORTS TO DO IT AND IT WAS MESSING UP YOUR OWN MACHINE).
WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THAT LATER. THANKS AGAIN CHRIS AND THE GUYS AND I WILL SEE YOU IN THE FUTURE.

What do you like about our products and services?

My service technician, Dennis Kennedy, arrived on-time and presented with optimal professional demeanor and conduct. He was very personable and highly knowledgeable about the Zerorez technology and procedure. He represents the customer service philosophy with exceptional knowledge, skills and abilities and offered considerable attention to detail. My carpet is 15 years old and has only been cleaned twice, once before by Zerorez several years ago, and the results looked like new carpet had been laid down. Bravo!!! I will definitely choose Zerorez in the future and recommend to others your service. My only hope is to have Dennis once again return for servicing my carpet. He is a distinct asset to the company and should probably be "cloned" as your "model" service techinician. Keep up the great work folks!!!

What do you like about our products and services?

My appointment was between 10 am - 2:00 pm - Zerorez arrived at 9:45 am. I liked that they did call ahead of time to let me know when they were coming. The technicians were efficient and friendly. They removed stubborn stains of cream and coffee and grease. I was very pleased with the work and will call again.

The only thing I would recommend is when the call centers ask "do you have stairs?" that they be specific and ask are there multiple stairs on different levels because the cost that was quoted me over the phone was different when the technician saw that I had stairs on three levels of my home. In the end, I was given the price over the phone.

What do you like about our products and services?

1. From greeting forward the technicians were professional and focused on doing a good job while being pleasant, conversant and informative about the cleaning process and expected results.
2. The technicians made every effort to do a good job and were clearly excited to see the carpet color and pile responding to the cleaning.
3. I have had a number of carpet companies clean the carpet and the overall experience was far greater with Zerorez!
