They do what they say they'll do and honor the estimate previously agreed upon. There is never up selling during the appointment or hidden charges added at time of cleaning. No one else will ever clean my carpets ever again except for Zerorez!

No residuw left behind. Only a clean smell.
HOWEVER, adding in an $11 gas fee that we weren't told about really fried my Dad. He almost refused to pay it!! We should have been told about it when we made the appointment and were quoted a price of $249.....then it wound up being $260. That sounds like false advertising to me, even if other service-type companies are also doing it. Its easy to change on your part.

Carpet stays clean longer and most stains do not reappear.
However, this cleaning did not include under my recliner as others always did in the past. He said to prevent rust of the metal workings. Never bothered it before. Other than that, it was a good job.
