Follow through on the phone calls prior to the work being done. I was told I would get a reminder call abut 24 hours before and that the worker would call about 30-60 minutes before they came which didn't happen.

Products & service. I called in 4 days before thanksgiving, the were extremely busy but actually opened up a spot for me. The grout on my floor tile looked amazing

The 2 white area rugs still show signs / smells of dog urine. From previous experience, I know their particular fibers are difficult to clean, but maybe I was expecting too much. The two very dark shag rugs look great but they have proven to hide the stain colors well so they're fine.
The gray and white area rug still shows quite a bit of yellowing in the white areas -- thinking I might attack those places with a brush and some "Nature's Miracle" and hope for improvement.
The main living room carpet looks MUCH better, considering its age, many spots and super-heavy traffic area condition. Probably as good as it's gonna get. John worked very hard for a long time so we really appreciate his time and efforts!

Customer service, follow up, follow up, follow up. Details in how Ryan cleaned the carpet. They setup baseboard protection - that's just awesome service. Ryan was very personable and knowledgeable, good communication. I have replaced my vendors with Zerorez.

What I like best are the results. Carpet comes clean even in the most soiled areas. I like that your process doesn't leave residue in the carpet. Tile & grout lines look great. Worker was punctual, pleasant & efficient.

The technician John gave great service. The girls on the phone were deceiving and should be more upfront about what to expect with cost and inspection of the house, surprize costs are not nice when the bill is 2-3X more then explained. like $4 for each stairs, charging for the hallway, charging two rooms for a large space, and service charges. I asked if there was anything else I should consider with pricing and they failed to mention these charges.
