I had pet odors before hoping to eliminate them with zerorez and I'm very disappointed to say the odors are not gone.
Brian was very knowledgeable and explained the cleaning process very effectively. We are very satisfied with the Zerorez cleaning and our carpets look great!
First time I have been asked to do the vacuuming prior to cleaning. Many people I know who are my age do not do their own cleaning. My carpet may have come out cleaner with an industrial strength vacuuming first.
I like the result. However - the person who booked my appointment was VERY INEPT! I told the woman I had a 4600 sq ft house with stairs to be done, and 8+ rooms of carpet PLUS tile/grout cleaed & sealed.
ONE tech showed up(there should have been 2). Zach did a great job, but he was at our house for 1i.5 hous. 9:30a till 9:p. He shouldn't have had to do this job alone! I had my entire day tied up, because it was booked with ONE tech. Plus, once it starts getting dark you have to rely on lights to see what you're doing. Zach did a great job and I would request him again. (I'm still waiting to see if my grout looks better after it drys fully.) However -I'm really disappointed at the way you schedule your appointments. I spent a lot of money with Zerorez. In all honesty, I didn't have the heart to check the tile and carpet after Zach was done - I just wanted him to get home to his family and have a minute to fix my family dinner!! It was 9:15pm!! I love the carpet cleaning. It looks wonderful and smells nice. But I feel I was overcharged. I was quoted at 3 rooms for $95. I had 2 living rooms done and my stairs. It cost $234. I was told it was a charge for 4 rooms, 17 stairs, 1 stair landing and a brush pro. I think you guys squeeze every penny. I only had 15 stairs, 1 landing, 2 living rooms, and a small square at the top of the stairs. If I knew that the top of the stairs was considered a room in itself, I would have had the entire room cleaned. But it wasn't offered.

THEY ARE GOOD.
The price is very fare! The tech was friendly and knowledgeable! The carpet came out looking great and, not overly wet. A few Very important things if you are looking for a carpet cleaner is "All of our Service Technicians are employees, not sub-contractors and we are fully insured". Always be sure you can trust the company you are allowing into your home! I have used Zerorez several times in large part for that reason!
This time Ryan Poole came out. What a fabulous job he did! He was professional in every way, unlike the clown I had last year. Last year I paid $463 and found out I was ripped off in a huge way. Last year was a miserable experience; this year Ryan did such a great job. My only complaint with Zero Rez is having to move my own furniture. I am elderly and it is very difficult to move everything. Ryan helped with the bigger pieces, but I still had HOURS invested in moving small tables, etc. and then I had to put them all back after the carpet dried. I was utterly exhausted.
It really take out stubborn stains, and makes the rugs feel new again... soft. It dries in about 6 hrs in this weather. Your technician was so professional and worked very hard and quickly. I will continue using your services every year.
