Carpet has more “life” and fullness

This is the first time that I have had my carpet cleaned in 6 years. We have 2 large drooling four legged furry babies. Yes, our carpet definitely was in need of cleaning.
We have heard the commercials for Zerorez for years but it’s never the right time it seems to get your carpet cleaned until we felt like that commercial where the house is a big furry dog, yes we were “Nose Blind”.
Then there was the dreaded having the carpet guy make you feel bad that “yes” your house smells like dogs. The upselling above and beyond the special price which is generally why you call the carpet cleaning company.
So, yes I did call the on the $99 for 3 room special. I called and the stairs are $65 extra and then there is the “Dogs”. I will say though that children are probably harder on carpet than dogs from experience.
I decided to be very realistic about the price I would pay and decided $300 was the price that clean carpet was worth to me.
My Zerorez tech Jordan arrived and he was extremely polite. I walked him through the area of carpet that I wanted cleaned and was truthful about my Dogs accidents. I was truthful and realistic with myself about what could be the results of 6 yrs of everyday living has had on what is probably the cheapest carpet that was available for our landlord to put in our home. I told Jordan that I did want the pet cleaning because of course my dogs are Happy house dogs who live in the house like we do, they do spend more time at home than we do.
Jordan never made me feel bad about my dogs living in their home. There was no upselling because I knew what cleaning required. The price was $238 and I was pleased !!!!! My carpet looks amazing. Jordan told me that the house would smell like wet dogs until the carpet dried and he was right, as soon as it was dry and even before the dog smell was gone. The carpet looks awesome for cheap 6 yr old rental carpet. I am a very pleased Zerorez customer and would definitely recommend their services. The moral of the story is be realistic and spend the money required when you have 4 legged furry children who share your life with you...
Excellent service! They made my awful carpet look brand new!
First, I was impressed with service person (Victor) he went out of his way getting his hose and equipment to my location without an excuse to not complete my appointment which he was on time and made a call first informing ten minutes away,
I was shocked that it didn't consume my afternoon and still getting a great cleaning, I attribute that to Victor who takes his business seriously in making a customer a customer for life.

I think the cost to clean my couch was steep. Especially considering my cushions didn't detach, so only the top could be cleaned.

My carpets are clean, the process is quick & there are no stinky chemicals in my house.
