We are very disappointed the guy only had 3 rooms and only around a bed. Very simple my neighbor was going to use you but everyone was super disappointed it looked WORST than before. Plus he was a little upset that i did not pay the xtra $50. We all believe that it was only water an soap but it turned out terrible. I would like my $107 back what a waste of money i cant even afford ! Terrinle job !! Please send me my $ back. Also we could not understand why he was in ea room 4 quite awhile ???

Very informative and friendly
I was pretty sure there would be an upsell on the services and there was. Carpet looks pretty clean but pet smell is still there. Also asked about Cleaning 2 couches and all of the slate flooring. I thought the estimate for those was high. There was also no break for doing all 3 cleaning jobs and no senior discount. The Tech moved no furniture and just cleaned exposed floor area. Other cleaning companies move the furniture. I wanted to try Zero but your radio ads are misleading and pricing for not even touching any furniture is high. I am a Project Manager specializing in insurance restoration work. I am familiar with different types and phases of job cleans. My clients would not be pleased if this was the type of work we put out....

Prompt, professional serviceman who worked carefully and thoroughly. Carpets look and feel much cleaner . Appointment was made quickly too, which we appreciated.
The workers are the best I have ever experienced they were so professional and worked great as a team they deserve a 10++ you should feel very lucky to have them working for you all my sons will prosper very well and they excel in their craft you could not find better

Service was punctual, polite, and professional. There was a lot of cat hair on the carpet but the hard workers did a fabulous job of making the carpet look great.

I appreciate the excellent service we consistently enjoy when calling Zerorez to clean our carpets. Our carpeting is over 20 years old, but I can rest assured that it's as clean as it can possibly be when Zerorez is through. The fibers are soft and the stains don't come back the next day, so I know that the technology they use really works. I also appreciate how polite our technicians have been, and that they only recommend or sell what we need. This is the only company I would consider calling to clean my carpets. Thank you for always doing your best to give us great service.
On Thursday, May 30th we had our carpets cleaned again 10th year I believe. Our carpet cleaners were Casey and David, They were professional and knowledgeable. Gave us info
on our carpets as far as stains and fibers in carpets that we have. Also, they both did an
excellent job cleaning our carpets. I highly recommend Zerorez and their professional
service people to clean carpets and any other services that you may need from them.
