One thing....I thought they were going to clean the pathway to the garage (about 10 square feet). I guess I'll have to scrub it by hand.

Service tech was on time and professional. The process was explained and was completed in a timely manner. The carpets look great and dried in a short period. I got the grout cleaned in entry and it looks amazing.
Still dirty looking where carpet meets tile floor. They should have done it right the first time. The dirtiness of the carpet is apparent. I have been a repeat customer but will think about using you in future.
I like the fact that there is no residue left after the cleaning. The employee who cleaned my carpets, Steve, was polite, courteous, friendly yet professional. I felt comfortable having him in my home and he did a fantastic job. I love how my carpets look now!!!
We had pretty serious pet issues and while the service helped, the smell was still something we need to treat after the cleaning. Also, some of the more worn areas of the carpet still looked a little dingy, but overall it was a great service and the technician was very knowledgeable and kind. I do feel we got the best service possible with this cleaning technique.

The Technician for Zeroez-Victor- was on time, helpful, and knowledgeable. Cleaning off white upholstery is no easy task and victor met my very 'picky' expectations.

Very professional!
Late to my appointment and charged for every little thing I wanted done. When I called to inquire where the attendant was since it was past the appointment time, the girl said they’d offer me a discount. I was not given or offered it. also when the guy left the area smelled like animal pee on the floor n was left wet. I had to wipe the areas around the area mat myself or I would have slipped.
