Our carpet was hard after and I paid an extra 35 for a deep clean then the spots reappear the next day
The people that came to our house were friendly and efficient. They got started right away and the carpets look great!

Our second time using Zerorez and just as pleased with the product and service as our first time. Loved our tech Handsome Steve. He was knowledgeable, very careful with all his equipment and had the best customer service attitude we’ve experienced with any service company we’ve dealt with since moving to Las Vegas 18 years ago.

Handsome Steve was very professional and curdious. He explained the process and did an amazing job, my 9 dogs liked him too.
After listening to the special on ESPN for $99 and 100 square feet of tile made the appointment and when the technician showed up I pointed out the area of the kitchen that I wanted cleaned and she pointed to the area she could do and I said that's only 50 square feet which she measured and confirmed and went on to say that the promotion ended last month on the 20th or the 22nd being a little confused I paid the extra $30 to have the rest of the area done well the following Monday I heard the commercial on the radio. Fool me once that's it.

The product left my carpet looking like new and smelling really fresh. Carlos was the tech who did the work and he was very professional and polite. I have passed his card onto friends I know who are looking to get their carpets cleaned. And will pin his card on the board at work for others. Thanks again Carlos!!

Carlos was great and I use Zerorez because I don't want residual cleaning agents on my carpet fibers.
Tech was very friendly, professional and informative. Michael was able to give me an on sight quote for my carpet cleaning plus 4 suede bar/table chairs the end results were great. He was quick and kept me informed every step of the way until job was completed. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone looking to clean their carpets, Rugs, and fabric seating!

What I like must was the the carpet tech was on time and Zerorez did not us any harsh chemicals on the carpet. I also like that Zerorez kept reaching out to me about there products and service they offered.
The online quote did not change when the carpet tech came to the house.
The carpet tech was polite and he was in and out within an hour. I only had my staircase cleaned.
The carpet did take 4 hours to dry, so plan ahead.
