I chose zerorez particularly because they use only water and citrus to clean. There was a very light and clean fragrance once our carpets were cleaned which was great. I have allergies and dogs, so I felt that this was safer method of cleaning versus others which use synthetic cleaners/soaps that leave behind a heavy fragrance.

The associate that handled our cleaning was so professional and did an extraordinary job. He went above and beyond to make sure he left us as 100% satisfied.
The tech was amazing! Made sure I was getting the treatment that was most beneficial to me. He was quick and efficient, and did an amazing job! The carpet looks and feels SO much better than it was before!

The job was fine and dried quickly compared to other cleanings I have had but perhaps you should do some employee trading on tact.
We were charged $70 extra for pet stains and they are still clearly visible. If you’re going to charge extra for something, make sure its right. The tech was very nice.

Chris Deal did an incredible job. The original quote we had been given was way off but he was patient; going through options and explaining the cleaning process so my final decision could be made on which rooms were affordable to do. Understandably so. I rent and the carpets were a mess from day one. He was extremely friendly. That is not a quality you get with most companies. The rooms he did all looked brand new and it is wonderful waking up to a house with clean rugs! Thank you again for the work done.

We moved into a new house and I had your company come out and clean our carpet. Your company cleaned three rooms of carpet for your advertised special of $99. But I have a 4 bed room house and I was charge $150 extra for that 4th bed room and no tile was cleaned as per your advertised special. Your tech was professional but charging me 1 1/2 times the rate for three rooms to clean only one room. This is not acceptable and for that reason I will not be using your company again and will not recommend you to anyone.
