We had such a great experience with Zerorez. From booking our appointment to our actual service, the company was quick to respond. They were on time and did a great job on our carpets. We wanted to do three rooms which included our loft as well as our stairs. The technician was patient with our questions and answering quickly on cost impact and did the job thoroughly and pretty fast. Our carpets looks so clean and dried in around 5 to 6 hours depending on the area. You're so happy with our service!

You used to vacuum the rugs with a commercial grade vacuum before washing... didn't this time and lots of dog hair and things were all over the rug and tiles. Also, I opted to have something done as a two for one price, and I was still charged for all 4 of them... I would have not done this procedure if I'd have known this.

Fine job of cleaning the rug. Didn't understand the pricing. You advertised 3 rooms for $106. I have a bedroom & closet, and you wanted to charge me $102 plus $30 for the closet. I don't understand how one room plus closet cost more than 3 full sized rooms.

Very fast efficient service. They may be a little more expensive than traditional carpet cleaning but the difference is amazing. Our carpet has got to be 15-20 years old and after having Zerorez clean it it looks and feels almost new. We have used zerorez twice now and we will not go back to the old way.
