Very professional and friendly service.
We liked that they were here a little before the scheduled time and got the cleaning done in a timely manner. The cleaning chemicals are safe and allow the carpets to dry quickly.
The men were nice and respectful of our time and even threw in a quick clean of the entryway, small front carpet.
Oasis will definitely be using them again.
I had 4 large rugs cleaned.
Our technician went around with a black light and showed where there was pee from a previous tenant’s dog. This was very helpful! He was fast and efficient.

The tech that came to the house was great, however i specifically picked the service that matched a price point in could afford, based on how many rooms i had. The tech gets there, and of course he says he can’t do the one we chose, it has to be a more expensive one. I didn’t really have a choice because it was needed for move out, and it cost me $188 dollars more than planned.

for a couple days after the duct cleaning white paint or stucco chips came through the vents... perhaps this is normal. No way to feel any difference - but I'm sure the treatment removed a lot of accumulated dust... this
Will, who cleaned my carpets, was very informative, thorough. cordial, willing to do a great job and made sure I was happy with the final job. I appreciated his willingness to take time to complete the task and not be in a hurry to finish until I was happy. He did a fabulous job and my carpets look brand new. Thank you Will.
