Carpets dry fast
You gave me a quote of 180 and charge me 475 and performed service that we told your guys that we did not want. When it came time to pay we could not see and invoice which was presented on an iPhone to small to read. I’m going to reach out to abuse of seniors to report your deception and unethical conduct I will never use your service again and will go on social media to make sure others are are aware of your conduct

I love ZeroRez! It does exactly what it says it does. There is no residue left, yet the carpet feels and looks clean. Technicians are always professional, polite, and on time. Prices are fair. What's not to like?

I always go with Zerorez when i get my carpet cleaned. And Im going to reschedule for my tile to be cleaned. Steve was an awesome tech in doing my carpet. my downstairs is tile and now i want him to come back for that. The dirt doesn't come back so fast with zerorez and the protectant is way helpful. They are number 1, in my book!

Everything was very clean and affordable
1-The tech never cleaned the arm covers on the sofa or chair.
2-The tech put wet cushions back on the sofa and chair, causing the sofa and chair themselves to get soaked with water, plus the bottom of the cushions had no way to dry.
3-The tech said everything would be dry in 4-6 hours. It took over 30 hours with all our fans going for air circulation as he suggested.
We could never recommend you based upon our experience.
I want to give a big thank you to Azael, he did an amazing job of cleaning my carpets and he was very knowledgeable. The carpet looked like new and smelled good he recommended the pet treatment and explained why I should have spray for pet odors. Amazing job, Thank you again!

I liked that the tech had a keen eye for carpet spots and concentrated on getting these spots cleaned. He even removed a rather large coffee-spill spot others could not remove. Tracy Ford ought to be recognized for his exceptional commitment to job. He reflects well on Zerorez.

I have been wanting you over for quite a while...finally was able to.
Your young man was a true delight. Went over what needed to be done. I told him I didn't expect a lot because these carpets have been in since 1992 but cannot afford vinyl just yet. Told him I have a machine and clean it all the time but it needs a professional.
The carpets came out beautiful. Just love looking at them. They look so fresh and revived.
