By far your chemical is much stronger and very efficient. Strong enough to remove our cats vomit that was left in our off white color carpet for a week because we were on our vacation.
We were so please to have Ricky work on the most difficult task. We did not expect the stains to be completely gone. However, the carpet turned out as white and bouncy even though it is over 20 years old. Ricky’s knowledge on explaining about the cat’s stain along with his determination to clean those stubborn spots sure made our decision on choosing your company instead of going back to Stanley Steemer.

The carpets in bedrooms look good and are very clean. They did take a Very long time to dry but cleaning man advised me of that.
The natural stone Kitchen floor looks worse than before. He told me that his process might remove the polish with cleaning but I said that was okay if the Numerous spots could be removed.
He thought it looked better but when it dried he too was surprised by the remaining spots all over the floor. It is travertine but I had a prior company about 5 yrs ago and they removed the spots.

The technician was very professional and he did an excellent job.

We were very impressed with the technician as he got right to work after explaining everything to us. His name was Anthony P and he was a hard worker. He was also on time and called before he arrived. Our carpet in the hall is badly stained with a dark path. It looks a lot better now. Anthony also moved a heavy love seat by himself to clean under and behind it. Because we are senior citizens we could not have done that ourselves so we sure appreciated that. The price at the end was what we were quoted so no surprise there. All in all, a pleasant experience.

Wow! The two gentlemen who came to clean our floors were very polite. They offered a service that we didn't even know existed (some powerful vacuum thing?). Our carpets look brand new! Additionally, they really went above and beyond to make our tile floor look like new. Absolutely spectacular service.

I have had a technician come out to my house two different times for a few urine spots. Our carpet is brand new. The carpet is the exact same as before anyone came in. We paid extra for additives and we could’ve left it how it was and not wasted our money with your company, that’s how bad it is. I was told yesterday when I called that the most seasoned technician would come out to try again or we would be refunded for the room and extra additives we paid for. Someone from your company calls me today saying there are no notes, that that was an answering service and they can’t do anything for us. I am very disappointed, after hearing such great reviews, I am saddened that I will have to leave a bad one. No one is trying to help me, just was told “if it’s still like that then there’s nothing we can do” please listen to your recorded phone calls to hear the woman tell me that. Very disappointed.

Jake, our service guy, was very friendly and explained everything to my wife and me. He worked very efficiently and because the upstairs is the only part that has carpet, he was very fast. Jake explained the after care and was very accurate as to how long before we can walk on it and how to get it to dry faster. (Fans) it worked out very well. Thanks Jake!!
