ZeroRez does an extremely good job of cleaning carpets and I am always amazed at how good the carpets look when they are done.

When the rug dried I saw complete dirty spots in front of my patio door and also in front of my sofa. The path from hall to bed room is also noticeable. It was done much better last year as I remember the young man telling me how he was doing the bad spots. I am very pleased with my sofa.

The tech was amazing, friendly, and honest. He educated us on the difference between Zerorez and other companies. Unlike most workers, he truly believes in what Zerorez offers which makes you trust the company more. He did not try to lie about certain stains (mustard) that were never going to come off the carpet. Besides the mustard stain the carpet is way cleaner than before.

The technician, Ray, was polite and explained the whole process. It’s was quick and complete, plus it dried in a few hours with the ceiling fans running. The carpet looks great, just like new. Thank you ZeroRez!
