I've used Zerorez a number of times. There were scuff marks on my carpet from work I had done by professional craftsmen. I gave the craftsmen shoe coverings, but they apparently removed the shoe coverings and left several ugly black marks on the cream-colored carpet. I phoned into the company a day before their arrival and told them of my stain problem. They came prepared and luckily, they got the stain out of the carpet. The carpet is clean and fresh. To me, the carpet looks like new. I will use Zerorez again, when needed.

We have been using you all for many years. I have noticed that as your cost has gone up, the consistency of quality has not. This last visit was disappointing. We had our front room and a single bedroom cleaned. We did have pet issues which we have had before. I might as well have cleaned the carpet myself. In any event, I hope you all can go back to being more consistent in your quality.

The cleanliness and lack of chemicals
The service was quick and easy. There was no residue and our floors and couches look great.
Thought there wouldn’t be much residue. But the stairs and landing were so soaked in water it took all night and yesterday to dry. That was disappointing

The drying period from 2 to 8 hours time is a very long a time frame, it took my carpet about 7 hrs to dry and that is to long to be confined to portion of the home waiting for the carpet to dry because most people don't want to walk on the cleaned area until it is completely dry. One of Zerorez competitors drying time is maximum of 3 hrs I have used this company before and your carpet is dry within those 3 hrs. I think if Zerorez invest in an updated cleaning system that extracted as much of moisture out of the carpet would be a plus.
