Chris and Jared will so professional and kind. They went above and beyond what my expectations.
Customer service while getting signed up was a little lackluster. Hard to get answers to some questions/concerns about pricing. Ended up spending more than I thought I would, which I kind of expected, however, the quality of the cleaning was very good, along with the free tile cleaner. Clearly quality products. Talon was excellent and worked really hard on my house. Would recommend.
I didn’t think the carpet was as clean as it could have been

Customer service, scheduling, affordability and timeliness.
The professionalism from start to finish was top notch. From scheduling both appointments (1 for carpets & 1 for my air ducts) to when the guys showed up for each appointment, everyone I dealt with was friendly, polite, answered all my questions, and did a great job. I highly recommend using Zerorez and will use them again in the future.

Customer Service, Technician Casey is excellent in his performance, his care for the furnishings and protection of my walls during the cleaning process, The cleaning is immediately noticeable with a light plesant fresh linen scent, The carpeting is left soft and smooth not standing straight up as if it had just received a crew cut that cracks when walked on.

Rug not thoroughly cleaned in some area. Hallway was left dirty with spilled water.

I haven't had my carpets cleaned in 3 years. Not that they get that dirty because it's just 2 people in the house but I got a puppy about 8 months ago. I'm sure there is no explanation needed. The young that came to do my carpets was amazing friendly , professional he was great. His work was spot on. My house smells amazing carpets look new. Price was very reasonable.
