On time arrival, technician (Garry) called when he was on his way, he was respectful, friendly, professional, AND... our carpets look brand new again!!
Great service!
The service was scheduled immediately and the technician did a good job on what he was able to do. My only issue was that I wanted to clean an area rug and my upholstered headboard as well. He told me that he really couldn't do either. The $29 special per room turned into $140 total for one master bedroom and a hallway because of the added pet treatment fee for each area. When I've used previous carpet cleaners, the hallway has always been included and they charge a one time pet treatment not per room.
Zack was so nice and did a great job. We would recommend him to all our friends.

Several years ago my realtor recommended ZeroRez to me. I have a white carpet that is in great shape for it's age, but I had a couple of faint stains that I wanted professional help with. ZeroRez not only got the stains out, but the carpet looked even whiter. I was amazed.
Yesterday we had ZeroRez come to clean my dad's carpet. It is a dark tan color and it wasn't very dirty, but ZeroRez was having a sale so we had them come out. The carpet was so much cleaner and brighter. The sale package included 10 Sq Ft of tile. I had never had experience with tile cleaning and I always had my doubts about it. I was amazed that ZeroRez was able to return the grout to its original color. The home is 16 years old. And then of course, the most important aspect is that ZeroRez uses no chemicals!!!!
I will never let anyone clean my carpets besides ZeroRez.

The stains came out of the carpet and it did not take long to dry.
Both employees that were here were both professional, very informative and polite.
I was quoted $210.00 for the entire house. There were pet stains that I made you aware of and was told they would price that when they got to the property. Bottom line is I foolishly accepted your recommendations and ended up paying $660.00. I was assured the carpets would look great when it was completed and I many areas it looks almost as stained as it was before you came. I have used your company several times before, but after this I have lost all confidence.
Came early as their previous appointment had cancelled. When he arrived he surveyed the work to be done and did an excellent job.
The cleaning was excellent, as expected, but the person who scheduled our cleaning was unclear and confusing about the costs. When the cleaners arrived, they told us about additional charges that were not clearly laid out in the original call. We ended up having less of our house cleaned than what we had wanted--and paying more than we intended.

Great! Used several times in the last few months as our 13 year old bulldog is in the process of kidney failure. Needed to have carpet cleaned due to pee spots. Would love a break on less than three rooms but having significant pet stains!

Always upfront with pricing and what they can and can't do. Don't make promises they can't uphold. Friendly, professional and gets the job done. This is my 2nd timing using Zerorez and I'm happy with the service I received both times and I will definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family. My carpets look great!
I have always heard about the amazing work Zerorez does and how well carpets are cleaned. My carpets only slightly looked cleaned after they had dried and I only focused on the high volume areas. When I called I was not told that there was a special first-time rate and I was okay w that due to reviews I have heard but I think I'll do some more research next time and go w a different company.
