No Chemicals??
The carpets remained wet for 36 hours. Technician stated would be dry in 4 - 8 hours. Technician dragged hoses on stairwell rails and walls causing me to have to touch up freshly painted walls and rails.

Send 2 techs(not 1 !) to a $840 2 tech job so I don't have to help move furniture!

Zerorez was prompt and professional. Our Cleaning Technician Greg W. was kind enough to call us half hour before he showed. He did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets and tile. It looked new when he was done! We will definitely use Zerorez again, and will request Greg, as he did an amazing job, and was courteous and professional.

From initial confirm to request service, timely appointment arrival and clear explanation of the areas of concern, I was very happy with overall service and results. The technician was professional and friendly about future recommendations too.
I do not like being lied to. The tech that came to my house lied twice in the short time he was at my house and I will not hire you to do my carpets again

Our carpets were clean and smelled nice after using the enzyme treatment for pets. The technicians were extremely friendly and respectful. However, moments after the technicians left, I realized, that I forgot I needed an area rug cleaned. I called the office and they said I would have to make a new appointment and it was a $90 minimum to which my rug would not meet that minimum. I was hoping they would go above and beyond and send a technician back over to take care of my area rug. But that was not the case.
Good value for the money. Professional and courteous service. Knowledgeable techs and friendly office folks.

Casey, the cleaning technician, was knowledgable and great to work with. He called to confirm service prior to showing up and arrived when he said he would. We were moving into a home that was new to us but very lived in, and wanted all the old dirt removed. Casey used his special light to identify all the different types of stains - and he got them ALL out! I also added on a couple rooms that had filfthy tile and grout lines. I'm SO glad I did - they looked new when he was done. I plan to have my air ducts cleaned by Zerorez next, and will be happy to try all their services to get my house clean!

The technicians were courteous and friendly....BUT, would not help me move one heavy piece of furniture (that had handles); with a cast on my arm, I would have hoped for more...but otherwise great job.
