The technician was timely and took the time to explain every detail of the ZeroRez process. I had pet stain concerns and he supplied answers to all my questions. I will use their service again in the future and recommend them to anyone needing their carpets cleaned.

The urine from our puppies didnt come out at all. We paid $35 an area and the last company got it out and didn’t charge this. This was very upsetting. I wouldn’t want to use you again because of this upcharge with no results what so ever.

Very pleasant young man who came to do my carpets. He showed me marks using ultraviolet light and explained what they were and how he would eliminate them.
Carpets felt clean but not soapy and dried very quickly looking almost like new.
I would certainly recommend this company to all my friends.
Overall happy with service. Carpet seemed to take much longer to dry than the advertisement lead me to believe. Also, carpet felt “crunchy” in some spots? Service was extremely fast, less than 2 hours for 3 bedrooms, living room, stairs and hall, hopefully technician didn’t rush through job since it was a Friday afternoon.

What a great experience!! My carpets haven’t been cleaned in years. I truly did not think my stairs could become that clean. Entire house done including tile floors for a very reasonable price. The person who clean my carpet was respectful and worked to make sure I was happy with his work.
I have you guy’s come 3 to 4 times a year and I just assumed it would be perfect like always. So I didn’t check until dry.
But the high traffic area and guest bedroom did not come clean. In fact the entire job looks rushed.
I think your worker may have been just doing the necessities which is expected but I never have thought it wasn’t a good deal until now.
