I explained I had 2 rooms and an area rug. My quote was 116 plus fees. The tech arrived and told me it was over 50% more because of the area rug. The advertised price 3 rooms 116 +or- Not only was there only 2 rooms but it one was a half of a room so 1 1/2 room but let’s call it two rooms not 3. The 8x10 area rug and which require a the the same process as a room. I believe I was ripped off by the extra charges. Not impressed by the increase and that why only a 5 on the scale. The cleaning looks great but ??? Not excited about you pricing

I was referred by a co worker and I absolutely loved the service. My carpet was pretty bad and it looks amazing right now. Thank you guys you did great. 100% recommend
blue grey smugishs were left on parts of the carpet that were never there before. They appeared after it dried overnight. They came back a week later and redid the areas and again they went away , only to return the following morning. I called to report it and the rep told me she would have a manager, corporate person call me. That never happened. Since I was having friends staying that weekend , I decided to see if I could get the stains out and sure enough , I as successful. Not sure what chemicals you use, but obviously they reacted

It would be nice to get a quote for carpet cleaning that doesn't have extra charges for upsell items that should be in the process of cleaning the carpet the correct way.Its Deceiving that the Price is $119.00 for 3 Rooms with the 4th Room 4 free, but you have to pay extra to have a Roller Brush that does the part of cleaning that should be included in the process of cleaning the carpets the proper way,I understand extra charges for Stairs and hallway, that's fine.But not for equipment to do the job Right.

Our carpet is fairly old and worn. Plus it has lots of pet stained areas. Zerorez did an amazing job of cleaning the carpet and bringing it back to life. Almost all of the stains are gone! Great job!

When I called they quote for 2 rooms and $116.
My bill end up being $146 because I wanted the closet of the bedroom cleaned.
That was an extra $30

We had a great experience with ZeroRez Las Vegas! Jordan was our technician, and he was outstanding from start to finish. He gave us a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to arrival and showed up right in the middle of the scheduled time window.
From the moment he arrived, Jordan was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He took the time to walk us through the best treatment options for some pet stains on our stairs that occurred after the Fourth of July (thanks to two very scared Australian Shepherds!). He thoroughly explained the differences between Level 1 Bio and Level 2 Bio treatments, including the benefits of each — you could tell he really knows the company, the products, and the science behind it all.
Based on his recommendation, we went with both Level 1 and Level 2 Bio for the best results, and we’re so glad we did. Every stain was removed, and the results exceeded our expectations. We also opted for the ZeroRez premium fiber protector to help repel future stains and make cleanup easier, especially since we’ve got young dogs in the house.
Jordan was efficient, professional, and clearly took pride in his work. The entire process was quick, smooth, and left our carpets looking (and smelling) fantastic. Huge thanks to Jordan and the ZeroRez team — we’ll definitely be using them again!
