The bathroom floor that I paid some thirty-some-odd dollars to be cleaned was a terrible job. Behind the toilet the floor was never cleaned at all, and the sides weren't much better.
The carpet leading right outside of the bathroom into the bedroom
still had spots of blood which the tech said he charged me extra just to clean the blood since they had to use certain chemicals to completely get the blood out. So again, I paid extra for something that didn't work and it's still spotty. If you want to come back and re do all of the above, I think that would be the thing to do BUT WITHOUT ANY CHARGE TO ME AGAIN since it wasn't done the first time right and I ended up paying for something I didn't get done. I’ve used your company before but this time there were many areas that were wet next to ones that were dry. He didn’t get enough water out of the carpet. When it dried there are places that feel crunchy- too much product sprayed? I’ve had to vacuum a couple of times to try to make the carpet look OK. Unfortunately, this time I was disappointed.
Everything was wonderful. Stains cleaned up quickly.
Joe cleaned vents at two properties and did an excellent job!! He is very professional and personable! I highly recommend vent cleaning by Joe.
The man who came to provide service was a bit unfriendly & the beginning of the interaction with him was unpleasant. He called I gave him the code and building #. When he got her he called again & asked me to come outside, he was upset that it was upstairs and said “this is more than 100ft” I suggested i could move my vehicle from the parking spot bc it was closer than where he parked. He said it wouldn’t help.
He came in and asked me hat areas we were doing as I told him, I asked if we could do the bedroom last bc my baby had just fallen asleep he said no he had to do that room first. I told him “okay whatever he has to do”
He walked towards the front door where he said he was going to go get his things & I said okay. He replied extremely rudely almost “bullish”
“Is everything okay?!” I said yes, and asked if everything’s okay w him. He said yeah I’m just making sure, as I replied yes I just asked you a question about the room, if you cannot do it that order I agreed whatever you needed to do was okay with me.
The carpet came out better than I imagined as it was very dirty. He did his job & was more pleasant at the end of the job.

We’ve used your service a few times now, and you continue to make our carpet look like it’s worth keeping “just a bit longer.” We’re planning to go to hard floors, but your technicians always make the carpet look bright and fluffy. So…I guess we can hold off for another 6 months or so. 😄

Look for spots missed. Especially around the edges.
We just had the ducts cleaned. After the service was completed and the debrit from the ducts was cleaned up, the air in the house felt like it was cleaner to breathe. it has only been 3 days since this service was done. The service person was very knowledgeable and pleasant.
We are looking forward to the rug and tile Zerorez service to be done next week.

This time when the cleaning was done there were a few stains left. But, Braydon did an incredibly job with an impossible situation! He treated the areas that needed it and kept working and going over the bad spots. We are grateful for all the hard work he put in and the kindness he found time to share! He is truly amazing! Our home looks and smells wonderful! Thank you.
