Your products are environmentally friendly, effective & affordable. Your services are helpful & friendly. Upon setting up the appointment, the woman was nice, friendly & accommodating. The service person, Kanoa, was friendly, efficient & did a superb job! He knew his job well, was informative & gave us a better outcome than expected!

A tenant moved out after 13 years and our daughter is movingbinto the unit. Although they kept the place nice, after this long the tile and grout was bound to be dirty. This was my first time using ZeroreZ and I was very impressed with how clean the tile and grout were. The technician took his time to ensure all corners were protected from the hoses and used a small tool to ensure tight areas were cleaned. Highly recommend ZeroreZ and will definitely use them again.
They put the wrong address on my order so wasted time talking on the phone with the guys to get them to the correct door. Address issue was pointed out and not corrected for re-delivery of my rug. I had to call the office and correct it myself.
I feel the rates were SUPER high for what was done and found empty beer bottles in my kitchen trash when they left. Not impressed.

Our carpets were soft prior to having you come and clean them. Now they are brittle. Your ad says quick drying but that is not true, the carpets were still damp the next morning. Very disappointed because I was attracted to the no chemical claim but the carpet has gone brittle like there is something in your cleaning system.

I got two quotes from two of your employees on the same day for the same job. (The first person quoted $159 but before we could schedule, the phone went dead. When I was finally able to get through again -- and that's something you should work on as well -- the second person quoted $139. That doesn't instill confidence.
Jasper told us that it'd take 3-4 hours for the carpet to dry. When I went to bed at 11:00 that night -- 10 hours after he'd left -- the carpets were still WET. Not damp, wet. I'm an adult. I can handle bad news. What I don't handle well is being lied to.
At first glance the floors looked nice but then there was standing dirty water in corners and along the side of the walls in many spots around the rooms. The grout is already turning dark again and it has only been a week. I had to go around with a towel and spray cleaner to mop up the excess water and dirt that was missed. I did call the technician and he did apologize. But for what I paid, I didn't think the job was worth the price. The technician was nice but I think the corners and many spots on the tile could have been cleaned a lot better.
your office people are the best, but the guy who came out here not sure he knew what he was doing. was not happy with his work or the price he wanted to charge, but the lady in the office made it right and i was very pleased. Mr. Major needs more trainer
