Marcus was on time and so professional. He did a beautiful job cleaning my carpet and it looks amazing! I will recommend Marcus and Zerorez anytime.
I believe that the price was too high for the work performed. While, for the most part, the floors came out looking cleaner, there were several areas that the technician could have done better. Such as in the bathrooms. For example, the tech could have moved the trash cans, instead of cleaning around it.
