Any time I have my Carpets done the deck is always so nice and knows what the are doing. Great job Steve.

And ended up paying almost $300! Also, while the tech was good at his job: He kept asking both myself and
My Fiancé personal questions! For example, how long have you lived here? When I tried to politely to redirect the tech to do his job: He kept up the line of questioning! For example, “Where did you guys come from?”
ITS NONE OF HIS BUSINESS!
If a client doesn’t respond to personal questions: Please take the hint. This is a business opportunity. His questioning made
me feel uncomfortable;especially, since the Texh would not

I finally told him, “I’d like to stop the chit chat and let’s finish this up. I
Want my house back!”

We have been using Zero Rez for many years. They do a very good job and would recommend them to anyone looking to get carpets or furniture cleaned.
No chemicals.
I certainly don't want to get my carpet cleaner in trouble as he is a very nice person. I do have a suggestion however as to make the experience with him more positive. I'm over 50 years old and have had my carpets cleaned on many occasions. I'm well aware of the science of it. I didn't appreciate how many times he attempted to "educate" me on the process. Yes there were a few attempts to upsell, but I understand that may be company policy. I had a lot going on and I just felt that he talked more than I'm used to. I would have preferred if we had an initial consult and then he just did the work.
“Major” was the nice young man who came. We could not have been more pleased w/his professionalism and in the job that he had done. He listened to my concerns and the job he did showed!! With the exception of one small area(where coffee stain bled thru) my carpets have new life! Although I paid more than normally…I could not be more pleased! Don’t hesitate….call. BTW…Major suggested to have them deep cleaned…glad I listened. Compliments & a TY to Major!!
They were at my home early (truly a bonus.) They were pleasant, respectful and did a great job.

The technician Kanoa does high quality work. Everything from communicating his exact arrival time to explaining the procedure then following through with excellence is what I got. He actually arrived early but texted/called me and we coordinated our times for a perfect experience. Ask for him by name.

Friendly techs arrived in time and got right to work. They had our carpets cleaned and even help move a piece of furniture that was too heavy for me. Great price and very knowledgeable. I will use them again and tell everyone else ti use them, as well.

My tile floors look beautiful! The technician was on time, effeicient and friendly. I originally just wanted a room of carpet cleaned but ended up doing my tile as well when he showed me what he could. Very happy.

We had a great experience. Tracey called ahead and showed up on time. He walked the house with me and made sure he knew what we wanted. He was quick and workmanlike, very professional. Done in good time. The carpet was dryer than we’ve had before with other companies.
We will use Zerorez again, and hopefully Tracey will be our man again.
