Pet odors still remains. I would understand if pet odors can be removed completely but it’s exactly the same a before the cleaning. Not even slightly better. And the pricing model is super unclear.

My technician was very pleasant and upbeat. He didn't try to upsell me services I didn't need but did tell me about a process that may help my wool rug lie flatter. He is a true asset to Zerorez!

Carpet always looks great afterwards. Technician is on time, or calls if delayed or running early.
1) Your rep on a Ch. 8 entrainment show discussed the difference between your company and other carpet cleaning companies (no water, deep cleaning, bacteria extraction, etc) I thought was included in the price quoted to me. When the technician arrived he offer me (deep cleaning bacteria removal for an additional $35 per room. Not sure what I paid $105 for.
2) I requested cleaning service for three bedrooms. There was no carpet in the hallway.
I have a regular size master bedroom. I assumed the small walk in closet was included in the price quoted. I was charged an additional $20 for the closet. The closet cost nearly the same as the room.
