Major was extremely fast abs efficient so he made the service a positive experience. What would have made the experience better would be to improve the water extraction. It took the carpet too long to dry which also caused carpet to be stiff when it dried. This is my 2nd time using your services, I’ll likely continue with your company because I like the final cleanliness of my carpet.
There was a cancellation on their schedule so they called asking to come early. Heck yes! Ethan was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. He shared some tips about in-home cleaning of stains for the future in between service. Was able to walk on dried carpet within hours. Love your service. thankyou!
Quick. Efficient. Friendly staff.
The service was great! But getting the tickets promised in the promotion has gone lousy! I got my floors cleaned and then wanted to go to take my family to the lights as per the promotion. I was told I would be emailed the tickets this morning. It’s been more than 24hrs after my service has been PAID IN FULL and still no tickets. Why promise people something you have no intention on honoring? It’s rude. And it makes me not want to recommend to anyone because this has just sort of tainted the experience.

1st off our carpet came out so clean and beautiful it looks practically brand new. And they're about 25yrs old. 2nd Zerorez service technicians are unbelievably professional, kind and courteous. We just couldn't ask for better people to deal with. This is our 2nd service with ZEROREZ, and it won't be our last.

This is a well-managed company, with ease of booking and excellent communication, The workers are very professional and take pride in their work. The carpets (and tile) look fantastic when they are finished. There is no residue and the carpets are not stiff and crunchy, as in old days. Excellent experience!

Very professional, called me to inform me of arrival time, measure tile area, inform me of total cost with veterans discount, protected spontaneous corners from chipping from dragging hoses throughput the house and did an excellent job cleaning my tiles.

amazing customer service - the carpet care expert dispatched to clean my carpets was extremely polite, could get to my home earlier than scheduled (yay!) did an amazing job, and also told me what I can do to keep my carpet clean until the next scheduled service. Some dirt spots are visible
The people who cleaned were professional and friendly. They were considerate of our furnishings, and went over what we wanted done, so there would be no confusion.
Above all, they did a good job, and our chairs and carpets were clean again!

Well, I had your techs come 3 other times and they did a good job on a rug that old. I need to change the rugs but i can't afford to do that right now and so this is a good fix in the mean time!!!

They were diligent on the tile in the bathrooms, entry and kitchen. I didn’t think there was any hope for the grout but it looked good as new. Exceptional work and will definitely use them and Zerorez in the future. Thanks so much!
