#1) You get our carpets super CLEAN with none of that residue that makes them get dirtier faster.
#2) Your service staff is AWESOME. Every single technician who has come to our home has been professional, pleasant, and inspires trust. (I don't worry about them being in my bedroom alone with my jewelry box.) Derek, who cleaned our carpets yesterday, was among the best. And that's saying a LOT considering the technicians who have been here in the past. ALL great!
#3) In today's world, we'd all like everything to be a lot less expensive. We actually think the price you charge is fair. Not cheap, but fair for the value we receive.
Will we use you again? Heck yes. Will we recommend Zerorez, we already have - a LOT!

I’ve been using zero Rex for about five years, my carpet looks and feels like new when they are done. This time I had my time cleaned, I was pleasantly surprised at how well it turned out. I can tell what color the grout is.

The technicians were very helpful and knowledgeable. They provided recommendations and assistance with getting my carpets the cleanest possible. The end result was amazing.
A customer should be advise that the Tech does not move furniture, not even light items. That all shampooing is done around all items (walking path). This was not mentioned when I spoke to a representative on the telephone.
Fortunately, I moved most most all items, but there were several items that could have easily been lifted or moved to clean under. I just ran out of space to store the little items, so left them in place. When the Tech showed up, there was no discussion of what he may or may not move and I should have asked, rather than assumed that small light items like a bench at the end of a bed would be moved or slid and replaced on a protector, or other like items that were very light (under 20#) . After noticing this, I assumed the policy was that NO items are moved and did not pursue the question. My error.
It is in the best interest of your company to be transparent and explain that the Tech does not touch or move ANY items/furniture at the time the cleaning is scheduled, regardless of its size or weight. P.S. I am a small female and could have moved the items in question, so it definitely would not have been a problem for the Tech.

The team sent to my home was very professional and friendly. They knew what they were doing and got the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. For my carpet having not been cleaned for over a decade, the result is fantastic.
Super responsive and very easy to coordinate service. In-depth explanation of all available services and a complete cost breakdown is provided to customer prior to the initiation of all work. Protective corner covers are used throughout the entire work area to ensure no damage is caused to any home surfaces/ structures by the long steam hoses. All work was completed very thoroughly ... and expeditiously. The technician (Kanoa Manalo) was courteous, friendly and very professional -- a true ambassador for the company and its services. Overall:! exceptional experience.
