I just have to say my technician Steve was great. He explained everything in detail about the cleaning process and made suggestions on how to deal with some of the different stains that we had. I was very happy with the end result.

The receptionist was professional and very nice. The representative that cleaned our carpets was exemplary. He cleaned the livingroom and livingroom rug and hall and it looks great.

I would refer your product and services to my friends however there was one thing missing…the Carper didn’t look like it normally looked as if it was vacuumed. I used Stanley Carpet Cleaner in the past and although I understand the difference of cleaning with soap versus non soap, the final look after washing was a vacuumed look. By the next day, the carpet didn’t have a vacuum look..that’s the only thing.
