The workers came early, explained everything they were going to do, were professional and friendly, did a great job, and finished in a timely manner. I would recommend Zerorez highly.
I liked how fast and easy it was to have you guys come out. The workers were nice and professional. I also was thankful I was able to reschedule with ease. The only thing that I would say that bothered me was when I scheduled the cleaning they did not tell me about additional upgrade charges that they would throw at me the day of the visit. Then also told me that my carpet was not going to be as clean without these upgrades. I was originally quoted around $170 but upsold to around $360. I did not want to cancel and reschedule again but would have been nice if on the phone we could have made that decision before the appointment. Other than that it was a great expirence and I am happy with how the carpet came out.

The technicians are real pros
When Major showed up he was very friendly and professional. He asked questions, listened to our concerns and addressed them all. He did a great job!! Excellent employee.
I really liked the technician and they did a good job with what the issue was, but the stain is still really bad and I feel like they took advantage of the situation and was overpriced for the size of the area.
I told them I would use them again but thinking back I’m not so sure
Great cleaning job, but hope prices don’t keep rising. Would like an on-site quote rather than over the phone because we were only looking at high traffic areas, not entire rooms, yet quoted for the entire room. We’ve used them several times and are happy with the results.

Removed orders from carpet and furniture. Dried quickly. Service tech was awesome, knowledgeable, answered all our questions, worked quickly and throughly.

I paid almost $200 and once it dried, my carpet looks exactly the same, even worse in some spots -like if the dirt was just brought to the surface and left there-. I paid extra for professional deep cleaning or something like that for one area but I didn't really see the cleanliness there.
Another thing, I don't know how long it's supposed to take to clean with your method, but previous companies I hired, completed the cleaning in about 90 minutes. Your guy did it in about 40 even with the deep clean. Maybe that's normal for you, idk, but I'm definitely not satisfied.
Been using this company for many years. Had my new very soft carpet cleaned and as always fantastic job. The tech was very knowledgeable and super polite.

The technician tried to push all the scotch guard ect., after telling him NO several times
I said I wanted NO chemicals in my home.
He brought in the "orange spray" when I asked him what was in it he stated "oranges"
He called his dispatcher and the dispatcher gave me the chemical name. It has low toxicity.
I clean with only white vinigar in my home. I do not clean with ANYTHING EXPECIALLY SCENTED!
The technician did not honor what I was quoted on price when I scheduled my appointment.

I like not putting soap into my carpets. Zerorez leaves my carpets super clean and pleasant to the touch. My technician Daniel was professional, personable, and excellent at his job. He worked hard and really seemed to care about my satisfaction. I would definitely request him in the future.
