You always do a great job taking care of our floors and furniture when we call.

I've been using this company for many years I was always very happy with the service for some reason this time they did not do a very good job they came back but they only did a little spot that they missed the 1st time and the distant smell right when they did the carpet

I have used you for at least the past 3 years. This year my kitchen suddenly doubled in size. Could it have been because there was a 50% sale on tile cleaning that the team conveniently forgot to tell me?
My carpet is still soaked and it has been 33 hours with the fans on. Now I have either a ruined pad or mold or both.
Last but possibly not least, why did you employee ask to use my bathroom and not use the sink or toilet? What was he doing in there? It makes me wonder. First name removed

The area I needed cleaned is still hard and crunchy. I reached out to the tech who came to clean our carpets, but nothing came of it.

They are a very organized company. They called 30 minutes prior to arrival during the designated time window. They were ready to get started as soon as they arrived and were finished in less than an hour. Best of all, the stains came clean!!

The person that did the cleaning was amazing. However, the person that I set the appointment up with assured me the stain would 100% be gone. That was not the case. The entire reason I enlisted your help was to get the stain out. Since you were unable to fulfill that promise, I would not recommend. Your sales people need to be better trained not to make false promises. That person that did the cleaning did an excellent job and explained why the stain could not be removed.
