Technician did not cover the stairwell with edge. covering. Wall and paint scraped off. Wet drywall found nearby but was not informed of any damage. Please contact as soon as possible. Phone number removed. Very disappointing.
I was very happy with the work done on my tile floors. I was especially pleased with the way Cody listened to my needs and how he went beyond. I have two cats and was concerned that they might try to get outside so he made sure to watch for them. He made me feel comfortable being here. I can recommend him and your company without reservation.

You guys are the best. I didn't think my carpet was savable but you guys did it. Between my dog and people tracking in stuff on their shoes these carpets were terrible but zerorez got them brand new again. Thank you

Thank you so much. Our carpets were a mess. Angel cleaned and sanitized our carpets and area rug. What a difference. The process was quick, and he was in and out without a problem. He explained the process as he started and gave us tips to keep the carpets looking great. I would recommend Zerorez to everyone. We are having them come back to give us an estimate on tile and grout cleaning.
