The room I specifically got my carpets shampooed for still has all of the stains. It doesn’t seem as if it got cleaned. Very disappointing! As a local Realtor I would not use this company again or recommend it to clients. The only positive was my tech was a great guy.

The quote I received online was a lot lower than what I paid the day of service. I understand pricing changes based on how dirty the carpet or couch is but the price we paid the day of service was double what the quote stated. The service man was nice and professional but I was not impressed with the level of cleanliness especially not for the amount of money we paid.
We were very pleased with the work of Bryan Lopez who cleaned our tile floors and grout, then put a sealant on them. He was very thorough and did an excellent job. It did not take long and now my floors look brand new! He explained what he was doing and was careful around our baseboards.
