The carpet is still dirty for the most part. It could be I bought it from Home Depot or it was cheaper than what I was told , but the carpet still looks stained and dirty.

The rep was friendly and professional the only complaint I have is he oversaturated the carpet in the living room (ironically in an area that is little used as there's a coffee table on it) a bit, the other rooms started drying with 3 to 4 hours. Not a fan of crunchy carpets.
