I was very pleased with the service, the care given to my furniture, and the cleanliness of the carpet. I would have liked to have had a little more of the water removed from the carpet.
the technician and his work was super. we had 4 rooms cleaned and they look fabulous!
Bryan was great. I'm glad he was able to come because the first person who came was Dan and he was very rude and refused to do the 3 rooms I asked him to do. Bryan saved the day.

Technicians are professional and efficient
Everyone has always been professional and friendly, the carpets look great. They are in and out and very helpful, making sure everything that was wanting to be cleaned actually was. This time they assisted us in moving light furniture back to the original spots after we had moved things to be cleaned underneath and behind everything. There is no chemical smell or residue, it has been safe for the people and cats of our household.
