Great service, Ethan was fast efficient and listened to our needs...u go Rez.
The service gentleman was so sweet and polite. The stains came out, but unfortunately so did the pet smell. I thought the pet treatment would help but made it worse. The coupon in the weekly fliers don’t save you money. It is just the price. Very misleading. Overall my experience with Zerorez was excellent.

Clean it right the first time. Once it was redone, it was really clean.
None of the carpets looked clean. In the past, we had good results. Not this most recent time
Went online and booked the 3 room special for $105. I had two 8x10’ area rugs, which should have been a lot less than 3 rooms… when technician arrived was told it would be close to $400 for the 2 rugs, area rugs were charged different… settled on $100 per rug. NOTHING ON THE WEBSITE addressed this & I felt it was a bait & switch. The technician said that was a problem booking on the website… apparently I was not the 1st person that this happened to. I called & complained to the company but no reconciliation offered other than an apology.

Excellent service. We moved into our current house in November 2023 and it had not been maintained well at all. We've used Zerorez several times before for our carpets and tile/grout.at our previous house. In this instance our very obliging technician Angel cleaned a sample area of our tiles and grout as we were unsure how deeply the ground the ground in dirt was. He did an excellent job.

Carpet dries in reasonable time
Our carpets were soaked and we had to run fans for 2 days to dry them out. We have had this service done previously a few times and never had an issue with them being this wet. In the past the carpets were slightly damp but dried in 5-6 hours. We have kids & dogs and this was truly a disappointment & an inconvenience. We love Zero Rez but we’re very let down this time unfortunately. :(
