I'm work in Southern California and was trying to coordinate carpet cleaning for one of our tenants located in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to reach them about their scheduled cleaning. I reached out to Reggie Turner offered to stop by the location to confirm someone would be on site. Because of Reggie's willingness to go above and beyond, we were able to meet our deadline for getting the carpet cleaned. I greatly appreciated his assistance to get the job done!

Lee, the young man who cleaned the carpets, gave a courtesy call 30 minutes before our scheduled appointment time, and then arrived right on time. He first walked through the house with me and took the time to ask about all the rooms/hallways we wanted cleaned, as well as any special concerns we might have had.
Lee then did an excellent job -- he was very professional, methodical and deliberate! And the carpet looks GREAT!!
