The floors, carpet and tile, all look great! The Zerorez team was professional and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and explained all my options very clearly. Our floors were long overdue for a cleaning, and Will was extremely helpful, kind, and informative on what would work best. The results were amazing. I like that it was done without harmful chemicals . Other companies have used too much soap which just made the carpet stain easily. I am very pleased with the Zerorez process and will continue to use them in the future. Thank you Zerorez for bringing our floors back to life.

The carpet had a number of pet accidents and the products used were very effective and one would never guess the carpet had had pet accidents. The technician was prompt, professional and efficient. We would like to have him again.

We had out carpets done on 4/26/24. They looked ok when they were wet but the next day after they dried I can see the spots again where there is high traffic area. Very disappointed and probably will not recommend or use again.

All of the people I’ve met have been very nice and helpful and do a great job.
I had 5 bedrooms, a hallway and stairs cleaned. The technicians were done in one hour. That tells me the quality of service was not good. I have used Zerorez several times in the past and they have never finished that quickly.
When you get a great technician who really puts in the effort Zerorez is amazing. I've used them a bunch of times and always great. Except the last time.
