My carpet was severely damaged by your 2 workers. My carpet was in perfect condition prior to your service. However, your workers ripped out a chunk of my carpet. The 2 men raced out without informing me of the damage they'd caused. The moment they'd left, I noticed the damage immediately. I contacted the office I'd booked your service with for resolution. The gentlemen I spoke with refused to remedy my issue via monetary refund, & talked down to me as if I was a spoiled child before he hung up on me. In fact, he treated me with such disrespect & distain, that I called Mr. David Bannion himself & left him a VM to call me regarding this issue.
Also, they rushed through the cleaning of my carpet & forgot to clean my closet carpet.
Once they set up their equipment, they literally took less than 15 minutes to "deep steam clean" 4 rooms, which included an additional $70.00. $35.00 for a pet treatment area plus $35.00 to "deep steam clean" 3 polyester 23.5" L X 6" W X 28" H cushions. The carpet is NOT professionally cleaned. It's very inappropriate how I've been treated.

Best service I’ve ever received.
The job they did in the house was outstanding, but the leaking truck left large dirty water stains in the street, which is not pleasant to look at. They have been here twice and both trucks leak.

Ethan, the technician, was very professional and courteous and really did a great job on cleaning our sectional sofa. It almost looks brand new if it wasn’t 25 years old old. Lol
This service was the best I've experienced. Fav did a superb job of cleaning my carpets. Also, he explained the procedure very well, was extremely courteous and professional. I consider Fav one of your best servicemen.

The crew that came out were awesome. Both team members were courteous and worked very hard. With no fault aimed at the crew, the carpet cleaning did not come out the way I expected. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining and no further measures need to be taken.

Not sure but I think go over the darker spots wear spots
My carpet looks great and my home feels refreshed
It was 3 rooms for $100 and a sectional for $150. But the total came out to $350. But even still when the technician came out it jumped to $472. I can't recommend a company that is shady with extra fees.
