Quick work and do a good job
The cleaning guy came early and seemed to be in a rush. He even missed some spots. I cleaned them with resolve. It should have taken longer to shampoo, he.must have had a lunch date.

This time not so.much.. Very dissappointed!
I had asked the technician to clean the pathway to the garage door last so my mother and I could leave before he cleaned that area and he did not. I also asked that he turn off any lights he turned on both upstairs and downstairs and he did not. I was told he would call us 25-30 minutes before his arrival. He called us while he was on his way about ten minutes before. I asked approximately how long the cleaning would take and he said about an hour. It took over two hours and while he cleaned the downstairs my 86 year-old mother and I waited in the car in the garage with the air conditioning on. Even after staying off the carpet for eight hours it was still very damp upon our return home that night.
I have used you in the past with excellent results, this time I was disappointed in the results. I have schedule a redo.

Very professional, friendly and reasonable.
The tech that came to my house is named Derek. He arrived on time, was polite and very accommodating . He knew just what had to be done. I asked him not to pretreat my carpets because I was allergic to all kinds of chemicals being a cancer survivor. He used steamed water and was able to accomplish what needed to be done. My carpets looked great when he was finished.
No residue left in the carpet. Professional staff, courtesy and respect to customers. They always do a great job!
