Corey ( technician) solicited my input; worked diligently and appeared concerned about pleasing the client. Also was respectful of our home. Our furniture is white and was very dirty because we had just completed a major renovation project. We even had water marks and yellowing from humidity because the furniture had been covered in plastic during construction. Amazingly, the furniture is now nearly perfect. We thought we were going to have to replac it. Thanks to Corey and zerorez, that won't be necessary. Previously, we had the furniture cleaned frequently by 3 other companies and did not have as good a result.

We had a sofa and two chair recently cleaned by Zerorez.. and we couldn't more please with the service and outcome. The furniture looks wonderful. Robert, the technician was very professional, explaining the cleaning process, examining the furniture for spots and wear prior to cleaning, why after protection is important and how to spot clean going forward. Would highly recommend the service of Zerorez!
The cleaning and drying process.
My carpet was very dirty. I was most definitely surprised how it looked after it had been cleaned by the Zerorez representative. It is 14 years old and it looks almost like new.
Also, my sofa was very dirty in spots as a couple of dogs had taken turns trying to sleep on or next to it. (A habit we had to break) It, too came very clean.
The cleaning solution left the house smelling very nice and clean.
Also, the gentleman who did the cleaning was very professional, friendly and very tidy, himself.
I will for sure use Zerorez again and will share this experience with my friends.
Usually I go with Stanley Steamers, but I was in desperate need of a carpet cleaning and Zerorez had the $99 threevroom special. I'm giving a five rating because the gentleman that came out was very polite. However, my carpets are still in bad shape. There are huge spots that went untouched and are super noticeable.
In all honesty, the job felt rushed. The tech was literally in my home from no more than a hour. I've had less square footage worked on before and it took twice the time. Had he taken his time, I believe the end result would have been better.
That might be because my "appointment window" was from 11-2, and he didn't get to my home until one. I also knew he had one last job after my house before his day was through, which might have been why he was in such a hurry.
Someone from the office did call to tell me that it wouldn't be until after 12:30 that he would be here, so I'll give them that.
Overall, I'm disappointed this company didn't work out for me.

Please have your technician remind the homeowner that there may be spots of water around his equipment. Our tech was on-time and very polite, but quiet. He should have mentioned to be very careful throughout the home while he is there with his equipment. I walked down a small hallway while he was at the opposite end of the house, but I saw his hoses, and maybe a fan, in the hallway. I turned around quickly and slipped on a puddle of water. I fell flat on my back on a tile floor, but fortunately did not break anything but am still sore on my tailbone 6 days later. Not good for a 66 year old!
fast, reliable, dried fast without a harsh odor
I really liked the technician who did a great job. My only issue was the rugs were so wet that they took all day to dry. We couldn't move furniture back until the next day. But he did a great job of cleaning our carpets!
You customer service on the phone was exceptional (Becky, I think?) and Eric, my cleaning tech, was professional, friendly and did a good job mopping up extra water on my hardwood floors after cleaning my carpets.
