My carpet has never been cleaner!.

My carpet was dirty from my 2 dogs who track dirt into house. I had a few particular areas that were very dirty. Zerorez came to clean. The tech was very personable & professional. He went right to work.
He took extra time on the very dirty areas.
To my surprise the spots are gone!

When it finally dried, several spots in the carpet were "crunchy" under foot. Not sure why, but makes me believe some areas are much cleaner than others. Also, when dry, high traffic areas were not as clean as they looked when damp. Now that I know I'll be more careful next time.

It made my carpet like new. Loved the citrus smell

It appears the carpet was just gone over quickly in the high traffic areas, and the edges weren't done at all. Up against the baseboards were still dusty, obviously not cleaned. Upstairs where the dog used to sleep had that slight doggy smell from dog dander, the smell didn't change even a little bit, its as if the carpet wasn't cleaned at all. The carpets didn't appear any cleaner except the couple areas where food had been spilled, that was cleaned nicely but the rest is very disappointing

Everything about our Zerorez experience was great...from the ease of scheduling an appt, the getting a call 30 minnutes prior to their arrival to the service. The technician that came to our house, Robbie, looked over the areas that we needed cleaning, made recommendations, quoted a cost and then provided fast effient service.....
