Quick and good

This is the second time I've used zerorez and I like how the carpets are not soaking wet so you can see the quality of the cleaning instantly. I am very pleased with the results and the employee's that come out to do the job are fanominal. They are very professional and you feel like you are their only customer. This day and time I believe company's have forgotten how important customer service is and they just think a good product does all the work. Not zerorez!!! They know they have a great product but I beleive their customer service is FIRST! Thank you!!!

How fast it dries!!

Your staff was friendly and conscientious about returning my home to its original condition. He also worked quickly and efficiently. I liked that the staff didn't break out a measuring tape and count for every square inch of my carpet and nickel and dime me until I couldn't afford to have my carpets cleaned. I also liked that he offered savings without a coupon.

Loved the fact that the products used were clean and green. No odors
no residue , no soap and not lots of water so everything stays wet for so long.
The tech that did my service was Colin, and he was so great! Explained everything, was very efficient, and so very nice. I would highly recommend Zerorex to anyone and give Colin very high marks.

My first experience with Zerorez was when I dripped blue paint on my carpet! I was panicked!! I gave Zerorez a call and, hearing my concern, they worked me into their schedule. A technician was at my home within an hour! He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Thankfully he was able to remove every spot of paint. He also took the time to explain to me what I should do should I ever have this situation again.

I have used Zerorez to remove cat urine from a rug. Again, the technician was just as professional, knowledgeable and friendly as the last time. I also must mention the folks who take my phone calls, give me estimates and schedule my appointments. They too are just as professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

The technician was super friendly and helpful in offering suggestions on cleaning services. He even managed to get a dark stain out that was in the carpet prior to my moving in. I will definitely be scheduling cleaning services when I'm ready to move again.

We had big black lines across our entire living room. We had our house painted and the painters taped brown paper on the carpet so they wouldn't track in. The glue from the tape would not come out even with our newly purchased carpet cleaner from Cosco. I thought we were going to have to buy new carpet.

Brad said he doubted it would come out after several cleaning attempts, but after getting on his hands and knees and scrubbing with your natural cleanser full strength a zillion times it ALL came out! We are thrilled and greatly appreciate his being so determined to help us.
