Prices are not fantastic, too much money for stairs and hallways.

Product performed as expected. I wanted to get the pet urine stains out and especially the ODOR eliminated. The stains were lightened as told, and the odor was completely eliminated.

The scheduling process was simple and very informative. The technician Dell, called before the scheduled time to let us know when he would arrive. Dell was very professional and courteous. Dell did a excellent job cleaning the carpet.
